Welcome to Crispy’s 2.0 — the next chapter of a Springfield favorite. In June 2025, local restaurateurs Joey Powers and Marisha Francis took the reins of the beloved Crispy’s Springfield Gallery, bringing with them over 40 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry.
Driven by a love for great food and community, Joey and Marisha have reimagined Crispy’s with fresh energy and a few exciting additions. You’ll still find the heart and soul of the original spot — now enhanced with a game room, a kids zone, and a revamped menu featuring crave-worthy new items like fresh salads and handmade calzones.
